Evidence of Cheating? No... TCR.

No... but I'd probably have been easy to convince had I seen this player on the Commish's team of an Online League.

Been running through seasons in a league to do a test run of the effects of the last big patch on using the Real Minor League players without having to enable "Use Real Minor Leagues".
Scouts are off and Talent Change Randomness is set to 1 so I could, in theory, minimize any drastic changes in player potential over short periods.

I know people swear by adjusting TCR up from 100 because they don't find it random enough at 100... but even at the extreme's I'd swear I don't really see it doing anything different. I'm sitting here looking at players with such drastic spikes that I am positive I would believe someon ewas cheating if it was suggested...

Is it rude to storm off in a hissy fit from your own solo league?

Yeah, some nice spikes. Interesting player in that he plays two apparent positions, CF and Catcher. The quintessential player in the strength up the middle philosophy.
