Fixing my Sad Team

Obviously from the screenshot I don't know how to play this game, I have fallen from grace all the way from Diamond League to Bronze without really changing anything.

Any advice would be welcomed... just can't figure out how to improve the team.

Defence looks a major issue there, near the bottom of the pile in bronze league isn't good in a game that hugely favours defence. Ozzie Albies as a DH is an odd choice as well.

Better defense is needed, especially up the middle.

Added bonus side benefit:
extra defense *also* improves your pitching.

Sooner you ditch the lives, the better. Live players are not conducive to winning in PT, unless they're the means to an end (the collections).
