I don't have that information. I'm saving just the box scores.
The walk happened in the Division Series. The hit happened as a pinch hitter in the World Series and he eventually scored. The game was 1 - 0 top of the ninth Pirates leading. He scored either the 2nd or 3rd run in what ended up as a 3 - 0 victory for the Pirates. He was not named player of the game. If a guy can't be player of the game in his only AB in the Series, he certainly can't be MVP. Willie Randolph was Player of the Game once; pitchers won the other three. The Pirates outscored the Tigers 23 - 4 in the four game Series. Spot check of box scores Willie Randolph .467 4R 4RBI Dave Parker .500 4R 2RBI Richie Zisk 412 3R 6RBI Considering the scores, not much leverage existed.
