Indians Rebrand *need help with logos and jerseys*

I am currently in an online OOTP league and have decided to rebrand the Indians to the Spiders. I have a picture of what I want the jersey and logo to be I just need the logo and jerseys to be made to where I can upload it to OOTP.

The logo can easily be scaled down if you have it as a stand alone
