open player packs crashing

the game keeps crashing every time i open a player pack
please send advice and fix

still having the program crash when i go to open a new purchased card pack. I tried slowing the speed of card pack opening. It doesnt work and the surprise element of my card purchases is gone. Please send a fix

never had a problem with the 19 game. Constant crashing on card openings. What the hell. Asking for days to a correction to this problem

Hi, sorry for the delay in answering.

First things I would check would be to make sure that your graphics drivers are up to date, and would perhaps recommend trying to re-install the game. It's possible some animation files are missing which may cause issues on the pack opening screen.

Otherwise, what pack opening settings are you using? The main ones to potentially test with would be "Skip Pack Open Animation" on or off, open speed instant vs one of the other options, and the sound on or off. All those options trigger differences in the pack opening, so changing any of those settings may fix things for you.

But most likely it is due to either a graphics driver issue, or something potentially corrupted in the install, so those would certainly be the first things I would look into.

how do i reinstal the game? totally delete the app and reinstall using my license key. Will that totally erase my team?
