Perfect Team Tournament Stuck at Preparing

There seem to be a bunch of tournaments that are stuck in "preparing" status. I was able to log in normally and sign up for two tournaments, but was unable to enter a third because of this issue.

The specific tournament that I am stuck in is BO3-T16-ID6153.
