Game Crash on Card Click

I got 3rd place in Tournament Iron -Bo7 - ID 4475. Went to click on my card pack and the game crashed before it revealed any of my cards. Don't know if I got my cards or not, but the pack is gone now.

good luck asking for help. I have been trying for days trying to get this problem corrected. I feel that i threw my money away on this 21 upgrade.19 worked fine
