How do I re start a new ?

I bought the game on day 1 and started perfect team .. I think i'm like 10 seasons in and haven't really touched my team. It's all bronze/silver and I've amassed 50K PP to spend. The team has terrible losing records every year.

question to community: I want to start competing with my perfect team by investing a lot of time ... should i just start a new team altogether or continue with this team 10 seasons in that hasn't been touched in weeks/months?

Why not both?
You can create a new second (and third) team and start from scratch (do that tomorrow AM for max time in the entry pool), and then look for ways to get your existing team up to speed.

Work on the team with 50k in points. Do all of the live missions and keep the rewards. Once you have finished that, play that team for a while (a few seasons at least) until you advance to a level where you seem to struggle. By that time, you will have a good feel for the players and who to build around.

Use some of the players that you acquire for missions to play tournaments also.
