Collection Mission completed

I've completed a collection mission. The "submit!" button appears, all 26 of the cards are selected, but when I try to submit, it says "Please select at least 26 cards!". Normally, just by expanding, it works, but it continues to give me the same message, even after I unclicked all 26 and reclicked them.

Underneath the reward card for the mission on the right side are a couple of lines of card combinations to complete the mission that you can click on, try clicking on one of those to change it and then click submit. It's worked for me in the past when this issue happened.
