Need help with Online team and Mac OS 10.14.6

Got instructions to install online team but looks like an earlier version of OS- help said go to containers folder and drill down there- no containers folder only mac in this version of os
stuck

Mac user here, you would need to go to the OOTP start screen, then settings --> troubleshooting --> saved games folder and open that.
