I'm a newbie. Is there a way to play against another manager over the internet? I don't mean a simulation. I mean an actual play-by-play game.

It was once promised in an older version but it never happened. Many of us were disappointed.

So even in leagues, you can't play games, they are just simulated?

There is no head to head at all.

Closest you can get is using desktop sharing software and have 2 people take turns during the game

Okay. Just used Zoom and it worked pretty well.
