Fall League / Instrux ball

I haven't done a deep dive in searching for it, but has there been any talk about having the chance to assign prospects to a fall league or invite to instructional leagues? I think that could help with the development of players.

You can create the Arizona Fall league tournament there is a wizard/template for it already in the game
