Multi-Tiered Minor Leagues - Fictional

I've been trying to figure out how to do more tiers of minor leagues for my fictional league.
Right now, it seems I can only get Rookie, Short-A, A, AA, and AAA.
Is there a way to add Advanced Rookie, A+, etc. into a fictional league?

Short of just labeling them as such, but I don't think that would force the AI to use them as designed. Having 2 Class A tiers, and then labeling one as A+, I would assume wouldn't force the AI to use A+ for higher skilled or higher potential players than in Class A.

Top right hand corner - League Actions
You will be able to add a Minor or Feeder league as you wish.
Then you just have to customize it to fit what you want it to be relative to the other minor leagues.

This is the part where I'm stuck. I don't see a specific way to add a different tier of Class A. Is such a thing possible? I'm looking under the "League Level" drop-down menu.
Or do I just create one and call it "Class A Advanced" and then only I (and not the AI) will treat it as such - and the AI will just treat it as an additional "Class A" league?

They are just additional class A leagues though.

The only thing that is different is there pcm numbers I believe. That is how one A ranks higher then a different A

Start a mlb universe and view each A league you should notice they have different ratings the A+ is name only. Plus some have shortened seasons.

For Minor leagues
League Settings then players then Sabermetric Player Creation Modifier

example default setup A+ is around .770 while A is .750 and I think A- is around .700 but they are all really A leagues these "pcm" is what ranks them high to low.
