actual games wont load, crashes

Hello, I just installed this amazing game today, Got everything loaded up fine, picked my historical league, no issues. For some reason why I go to start an actual game or watch a replay of a past game, it immediately shuts the game down. I have tried rebooting and adjusting some settings but nothing.
I have a PC - 12gb ram i think 3.0 processor but I dont know computers that well.
Any advice for a rookie?

This is typically a result of an issue with your video card drivers or graphics settings. So the first thing to try would be to download the latest drivers for your video card. In most cases, that will fix things. If not, post here and let us kinow.

Try adjusting your graphics settings in game as well. Settings > 3d and facegen and adjust the OpenGL and the graphic specific stuff there. Lower it as much as possible.

If it still doesn't work on the lowest settings, it would help to have a trace file from your game.

To generate that on a Windows PC, do the following:

If you're on Steam, right-click on your game in the Steam library, then Properties, and on the General menu click on 'Set Launch Options' and enter the word "tracemode" (without quotes.).

If you have the standalone, right-click on the OOTP21 shortcut on your desktop, click on properties and add 'tracemode' to the command line

Then try to start the game again. Get it to crash.

After it does so, navigate to the following folder: Documents\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 21\debug

Find the trace file there and post with the rest of your information. That should have some data that will help us figure out why the game is crashing.

Ill do this if need be, however i sent that to the support ticket and all they told me was to just update the graphics card which didnt work. Im a little hesitant to post this, as it has some of my personal info in my drive data.
