Question about Tournaments

Hey All,

I have a quick questions about tournament play. I keep making it to the semi-finals of best of 7 tournaments where the prize is at least 1 pack for 3/4th place. However, when the tournament is over, I am not getting my pack. Is this a glitch or am I not understanding the rewards?

You have to wait until the tournament is concluded (final series played). Then your pack will pop
