What is the adaptability personality?

Does that mean they can change positions easily?

Say if I have a high adaptability player, can he more easily learn a new position?

I seem to recall 2 things. 1 having to do with ooeners and the other having to do with trades, promotions, etc.

High intelligence helps new position if he has the defense ratings needed for the position

A player with high adaptability will adjust readily to a new team. Players with low adaptability will need some time before they perform at their best.

There may be other effects, but I don't know what they are.

I'm not sure either, but I always took it to mean the player would adapt to whatever you asked him to do.

I assume that it means they can adapt well to changes in coaching, philosophy, new teammates, new team etc. Basically a very laid-back kind guy. I could be completely wrong though, and probably am!

It's been summed up before, but Matt may provide more details than the ones he did below. FWIW
