Lost in OOTP Space...

After a week of trying to figure out how to do what I want to do, fishing in forums and help pages, would someone please answer or direct me as to where I can sort these things out?

—I have an established Fantasy Dynasty league that I'd like to plug in here. Is there a way to bypass the draft and add players to teams manually?? Or at least, if as commissioner I'm running the draft, to add all the players to each team at once instead of jumping between teams every round?

—Is there a way to opt out of "Financials?"

—I tried creating a new game, from MLB, but it didn't load minor league players. (Adell, Vaughn, etc.)

Help me somebody... (so far finding this all impenetrable)
