Lack of payout from tournament

I took second place in Bronze ID 564, a 16 team tourney that gave 2 packs to the winner and 1 pack to 2nd place and I lost the final series.

This is the first time I've "cashed" in a tournament and it's not there the next day. How long should I be patient for until I open a ticket?
