I don't see an announcement about this, so I think it is something they are doing on their own.
Otherwise the entire OOTPD marketing department needs to shown up the door and use their quarantine time to brush up on their CVs.

I believe that you are looking at the wrong spot for the BP Logo. Here's a screengrab that you may find useful. Articles with the blue B merely require a free account.
