Slight Roster Management Issue

I have noticed a good number of players that aren't starters expecting to be one. I have noticed it especially when shopping players and utility outfielders and infielders expect to start which would only create a problem if I brought them in. This is especially true with backup catchers it seems. I have already had to move Hercevaria and Markakis in Atlanta because they insisted on starting and got angry before I even got to May. Both players will be role players for Atlanta this year and they both know that heading into the season.

I think this is realistic, how many big leaguers think of themselves as backups? Especially veterans. It's a tough balance, sometimes they get angry and sometimes they somewhat change their expectations. Worst case scenario try to trade them for someone younger who accepts a lower role. Let them suck in a starting position for another team.
