How do I rearrange my overview screen

How do I rearrange my overview screen. I just cannot figure it out. See screenshot.

I want it to look more like this. And get rid of that 'what's new' part.

That is automatically set up according to your screen resolution.

Thanks, it seems if I go wide it adds the other screen, I got it working now, just will not go as wide.
