CPU takes over game- bug

Recently, I've been playing a lot of OOTP4 (haven't bought OOTP5 yet), and while I'm playing a game, occasionally, sometime during the game the control of the game changes.

I start out with full control, (human manager) and then, sometime during the game, instead of having the usual 6 choices or so for playing the game, it changes to only 1

1) Continue

In other words, the CPU takes control of the team for me.

Is this an issue that was patched and I'm just unaware?

Were you ejected, and didn't realize it?

Ahh, now that you mention it, that might have been the case.

I do recall seeing that note in the boxscore about the manager being ejected.

It's happened a couple of other times, but I don't remember if there was an ejection associated with the problem.

So I guess it isn't a bug.
