How do I purchase players from other leagues?

I have the league that I want to purchase from selected to allow players to be purchased from other leagues in the financials section of league settings. What do I do from there? I don't see any thing in the player's profile to click on to allow me to purchase them.

You should be able to right-click in the player’s name (outside of the profile) and there should be an option to purchase.

I set the league I was purchasing from to be parented under the league my team is in. It works now although I think it would be really cool if it didn't have to necessarily be a parented league for it to work.
