Sparky changes lineups?

I have my lineups set, vs RHP and vs LHP. Why when I check the box score sparky is changing guys up even when they are rested. For instance I have Markakis leading off and Berroa second. In the box score Berroa was leading off with Markakis 2nd. I want a strict lineup to my own liking, not switched up. And what if I want to play tired players?

Nevermind, I kind of figured out what happened. Since we were facing a LHP and players were fatigued, Sparky switched up lineup. So I guess my question is more of can we start players in the lineup even though they are fatigued?
