162 Game Season

I'm having trouble getting my MLB quickstart to have the full 162 game season. When starting my game, I could choose between Live Start, or the option that says I can choose between a 60 game season and a 162 game season. I chose that option, but I get no further choices. The game starts in July with a 60 game season, and there was no option at any point to start in March with a full 162 game season.

Leave both options unchecked and you'll start with the normal 162 season.

Or just load either quickstart for 2020, those are both for the 162 game season.

Lukas do you know the QuickStart for the 40 team fictional league is busted at the moment? Keeps telling me I have to import ootp19 data.

Are you sure you didn't download a mod somewhere?

There's only the two current 162 game ones, the 1994 one, All Time Greatest, Promotion and US Baseball League that come with the game, and as far as I know they all work fine and none is a 40-team league.

I misspoke , I was referring to the USBL start. I confused 40 teams with 40 years in my brain.

The USBL quickstart works fine here, no issues. Sounds like yours is corrupt.

I would suggest you delete it from the OOTP data folder, then start the game and go to 'settings' > 'troubleshooting' > 'force game data re-installation'.

That should fix it.

It won't overwrite any custom files, but it will overwrite the default files that come with the game.
