Resetting 25 man and 40 Man rosters?

I had a fictional historical draft. All my best players were set to DFA and did not make it on my 25 man or 40 man roster. I can't place them on those rosters without putting a good prospect on waivers. Can I just reset my 25/40 man rosters or should I just waive those prospects?

Yup but you need to use Commissioner mode.

You edit the player (left column, league/team) and you can place them on any other team or as a free agent and reassign him back to your team. It will remove him from the Waivers and then you can fix your roster this way.
