Battery Issues on Mac

I wasn't sure if this was a bug or not so I put this in general discussion. I have a MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2017, Four Thunderbolt 3 Ports). For some reason, the Beta version of 2021 is draining my battery even when the laptop is plugged in. I can play about ten games before the computer completely dies.

Are there things I need to turn off in the game or somewhere else so that the battery is not draining while I am playing? Thanks for the help!

Hi JT. I use a MacBook Pro 15 inch 2017, very similar to yours I think, and haven't had any issues with battery drain on the current Beta version. Have you checked to see if there is anything else running in the background?

I have not, but I haven't loaded up the game today because of the battery issue. I will try it again and make sure everything else is closed out.

I'm using the same machine as you and havent had an issue and I have had the game open pretty much all day today.
