I might have missed it somewhere (and I apologize if I did), but is OOTP 21 going to incorporate more of the rules from the CBA like calculating luxury tax payroll based on contract averages, repeat violator offenses, etc?

I know the 26th man will be a default, so my guess is yes, though I cannot say for 100%
