Utility for importing single players?

Is there a utility for importing players from other leagues - not from Lahman - but from another fictional league. If so, please tell me where to find.

All of the other untilities these guys have come up with 0 hell - I never thought I'd be able to "unretire" anyone!!!

Is there no hope at all???
