I can't seem to find this in the OOTP webstore. Has it bee abandoned? If so has it become freeware?

Quick question. It's been so long that anything has happened here,
is 2.5.27 newer than 2013 1.4. I don't remember when anything came
out anymore. I haven't had any real problems with 2013 however.

Pretty sure 2.5.27 is older than 2013 1.4.
