I think if this game gets close, 90% free throw shooting freshmen point guards will make the difference, and I'm pretty sure only one team has one.

KU down 2 with 39 seconds to play. Good game.

Yeah. I am amazed they could stay in the game with the free throwing shooting they did. They missed like 8 in a row at one point. Before that they had missed 9 out of 11.

Roy Williams saying sh*t in an interview on national TV. Didn't expect that.

Great game Syracuse very talented, I expected the poor shooting from long distance but not the free throws especially from Collison
It was Mcnamera in 1rst half and missed freebies in 2nd but hey that's why they play the games- congragulations to Syracuse fans and Jim Boeheim. Worst part of this is 1 of those guys had to lose

Glad to see Roy Williams basically tell the post game reporters to shut up and leave him alone about UNC. He just lost the NCAA title game, I'm sure he's not thinking about UNC.

Yeah, I turned back to the t.v. when I heard Williams say sh*t. He always substitutes words. I guess in that situation he really didn't care. That was almost up there with the Rose thing during hte World Series.

He was pretty understanding the first time she asked that stupid question, and gave her a chance to move on, while making it clear he didn't appreciate it. Instead, she pressed it again.

What gutty performances by both teams. SU fans and KU fans both have a lot to be proud of. Sadly I missed the first 17 minutes of the game so didn't see SU do its damage. From that point on I thought KU outplayed SU but fatigue, missed FTs, and SU making plays when they had to sealed the deal.

Agree with scoobz that the Roy W thing is right up there with Rose telling off what's his face at the All Star Game. Some of these so-called "sports journalists" are just too much.

Missed that question. What was it? Concerning UNC job?

Just read it on CBS Sportsline. "I don't give a **** about North Carolina", huh?

Call me shallow, but Bernstein can ask me anything, anytime.
