Purchased an 89 WIllie Stargell for my PT, cannot find on roster or in inactive cards

So I recently bought a gold Stargell card for my PT, which I was pumped about since I am a huge Pirates fan.......I recently found that this card is not on my roster, or in my inactive cards, does anyone know how to resolve this? At the very least I would like to get a refund, but I definitely won the auction..any help would be much appreciated!

Hello kylenev2,

I checked your team and you do indeed own a copy of that card. I am unsure why its not showing up for you. I deactivated and reactivated the card. Hopefully that will fix the problem. Please let me know if it still does not show up.
