World Series Homefield Advantage

Is the homefield advantage decided by the winner of the All-Star game or some other factor ? I'm asking because I have a better record than my opponent but he's got game 7 at home.

It's a known bug this week, unfortunately; many series have seen the wrong team awarded home-field advantage, but this will be fixed in tomorrow's patch.

My guess was that all the National Conference (NC) teams got homefield in the World Series last week. I confirmed this in 6 leagues.
