Settings for New Game?

Are there settings that should be changed for a new standard game?

For example, what should Player Peak Age and Physical Peak be set at? Are the defaults OK for this?

If you're playing a standard NHL game i would assume the defaults are for modern day NHL.

Yeah. This would be for modern day NHL. I see that Fog of War is turned off by default.

Also, is there a way to have the players wear baseball caps instead of the helmets? I thought I saw that somewhere.

Start screen - settings - facegen.
