OOTPXX add-ons central?

OK, new question.

Does anyone know a server address or whatever to add to OOTPXX Add-On Central that would include downloads for mods like all-in-one and historical facegen? I am not finding anything in the mods section or anywhere that will work.

Associated question ... would it work to just copy the folders including these past mods from OOTP19 and paste them into the add-ons folder in OOTPXX. I didn't want to try it without knowing - had enough problems lately.

Going to bump this one time in search of help before giving up.

Can anyone tell me what server address or process they used to get custom mods into add-ons central in OOTPXX? In past I have used the All-In-One and Historical Facegen and been perfectly satisfied. However, lost them due to uninstall and reinstall and cannot find any server addresses that OOTPXX will let me add. I also tried to copy and paste those two mods from OOTP19 into OOTPXX add-ons folder, but that didn't seem to work either.

I know many here have added mods into their OOTPXX and would appreciate some advice on this. Thanks.

I don't recall ever seeing a server address posted for AOC in OOTPXX.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but OOTPMods.com appears to be defunct.

Overall, I am happy with OOTP 20 but my biggest disappointment has been the abandonment of AOC. I realize that the developers are not responsible for it, it was a thing for modders. I think it got left behind when the game became available on steam but that is just a guess.
Going to the mod section on this forum, I have been able to get the thing I was most interested in, player photos.

I somehow had the All-in-One and Historical Facegen on my OOTPXX, but over the last week, when fighting problems with 3D game play, lost them with an uninstall and reinstall. Now, of course, I can't remember where I found them or how I got them downloaded before. I'm aged and have that mad cow thing going on, y'know? ;~)

When 20 first came out I just used the old server listing for 19, or maybe it was 18, and that worked for awhile but I do not think that server is working anymore.
