I'm not certain exactly what you are asking. Do you mean using a completely different league structure, but choosing from the pool of current MLB players?

I would suggest the following steps:
1. Start a new MLB game in Commissioner Mode, allowing you to change the league structure. 2. Go to League Settings for MLB. Click on "Schedule Fantasy Draft". This will release all players, but keep them as part of a draft. 3. Still under League Settings, click "Edit League Structure". Change MLB to match your fictional league structure. Logos and such can be modified under each team setting. 4. Conduct the fantasy draft as you wish to. Choose for every team, or do it automatically, depending on how you wish to populate your new fictional league. Good luck and have fun!
