When do players graduate from Top Prospect lists?

I have dynamic selected for my league's Top Prospect lists. Some of the players have exhausted their rookie status. When do they graduate from the lists?

In the season that begins after their rookie eligibility runs out IIRC.

If it's on dynamic I believe it should be right around when their prospect status is gone.

It sells you the exact time in the Player Development screen.
