Blank Face

Why are my players faces just blank How do I fix this like there is no jersey no helmet just a blank out picture

Sounds like Facegen is off - to turn it on, on the Start screen, go to Settings, then Facegen, and make sure "Facegen Enabled" is on, then once you've loaded your save, go to File-Setup/Options, then the Facegen Settings tab, and check all 3 of the options in "Other Options".
