Selling bad players

Is there a way to do sell car now to multiple people at once. I sell off bad players for 5 PP and have a ton of players below 60 it takes forever to sell one by one I didn’t know if there is a way to sell all 30 or so players at once as opposed to one at a time 5PP at a time

Go to the "manage cards" screen. Tag the players by clicking the circle to the far left of the screen. Then use the "quicksell all tagged cards" button.

Edit: Test with 2-3 first to be sure you are doing it correctly!
