Questions for Commissioner's

I just downloaded OOTP5 and would like to start an online league. I have questions regarding the way in which different leagues handle certain aspects of the game. Specifically, rules, free agency, contract negotiations, roster movement, ..etc. If anyone can help and wouldn't mind corresponding via e-mail, please let me know. my first suggestion on how to handle it would be to join a league rather than start one up if you just got the game.
