Ratings updated by actual current data

I understand from a few different threads that in OOTP 20, it is possible to update ratings of players in a game by importing actual current MLB data. I could not find a section of the manual that describes how to do this. Can anyone point me to the right section of the manual or provide a brief verbal description here?

I just checked the manual, it seems they havent updated it yet..

Go to 'League Settings', then in top left, 'update player ratings using live stats'

Thanks for showing this hint. Do you know whether this feature will work with a standard MLB game, or does it have to be a custom version?

I do not, but it seems custom and standard will work.
