Personality Traits
I noticed "Adaptability" is a new one. Not sure if there are any more in 20 or if there is a baseball definition to this new trait?

It's been brought out more in the open. Players with low adaptability are less suited for opener/follower duty.

I noticed it on Nicholas Castellanos, a batter. Does it imply he's worse at learning a new position?

No, it also comes in in personality and team chemistry, refusing demotions, and a few other places there (basically, wherever it was used before it's still used).

There probably should be some kind of versatility rating. Some players are simply better at learning new positions.

I'd been under the impression that players with low Adaptability took a while to adjust to being sent to new teams. Is that incorrect?
