Game crashes when trying to start a Historical Exhibition

When I try to start a Historical Exhibition, I get the following message before the game closes automatically

Okay, this went away after I installed the latest patch (even though it was said that it only would affect Perfect Team).

Anyway, note to myself:

Before reporting any bugs make sure that I'm on the latest patch
