How to make the draft interesting?

In real life, I love the draft. It is so interesting and there is so many strategies. However, in OOTP, it is just really boring and I get sick of it after awhile. Does anyone have any advice on making it fun or unique?

Try stats only with feeder leagues. Feeder leagues aren't perfect but stats only makes the draft a completely different experience.

I've done that, but honestly my computer doesn't handle feeder leagues too well with a 30 team MLB. Runs super slow
