reduce overtime period

Hi
How can I reduce the overtime period from 20 minutes to 5, in historical mode.

You can edit it on the Rules tab of the League edit screen on July 1 (only), but you'll need to re-do it every year, since the rules get updated with the historical values at the start of every new season.
