Pioneer is a brand new OOTP5 fictional league. We have 1 vacancy left to fill, the Washington Monuments. All experience levels are welcome to apply for the position. I have supplied the League Overview which explains how we got the league off the ground.

Pioneer

League Overview

1) POTD is a pure fictional league that was created using game generated
players. Teams will be picked with the players in the draft pool. Once the
league is full the Commissioner will run an auto draft, set a salary cap,
equalize team revenues and run a cpu controlled sim for 5 years before league
start.

2) The POTD consists of 2 Leagues (Frontier & Appalachian). There are 3
Divisions in each league (Northern, Southern, Coastal). Within these 3 Divisions
there are 4 teams per for a total of 24 teams.

3) It is not a requirement to own OOTP5 but it is recommended.

4) Coaches and Scouts will be turned off.

5) The DH will not be used in the the first season but may be negotiated and
voted upon by all league members in each subsequent season.

6) There will be a salary cap of $85 mil that will be instituted before the 5 yr
sim starts. The CPU will handle all types of transactions throughout the 5 yr
sim, including maintaining a payroll of under $85 mil.

7) Team cash maximum will be set at $25 mil.

8) Merchandising revenue will be shared equally each season including the 5 year
cpu sim.

9) Market Size and Fan Loyalty will be equalized prior to the 5 year sim.
