challenge mode not working

whenever i start a new game in challenge mode it ends up allowing myself to turn commisioner mode on... can anyone assist me? (btw, tried logging in/out perfect team account when making new games)

Hey yk1996,

Just so I'm hearing you clearly. The challenge mode isn't being turned on when you select it to be used. This is known because you can turn on commissioner mode while you're supposed to be in challenger mode?

A quick fix could be this, go to the settings dialog (file menu), select the troubleshooting tab and click "Force game data re-installation". It'll redownload the base game database and that might help solve your challenge mode error.

What sort of games are you trying to start up in challenge mode? If you have installed different templates (such as the Sept 1 update that we put out), then those games are not eligible to be played in Challenge Mode.
