Vanishing Players/Losing Pack Money

Not sure if this has been posted but i don't have the time to search the board

I bought a player from the auction during the playoffs and now at the start of the new season they're not on my team and i don't have the money back that i used to pay for him. WTH??

Bought them during the playoffs and forgot you can't add them to your active roster during the playoffs. Went to add him to the roster today and he's NO where to be found.

Is this a known issue? When is this going to be fixed?

Did you check Main Menu - Manage roster and check the inactives list?
Many times when a new match has completed and the roster has not been saved yet, the new player is moved to the inactives list from your reserve roster.

I have yet to see a player fully vanish.
