Microsoft surface go

So I’m considering getting a Microsoft surface go and was wondering if I do get this would I be able to get the full version of OOTP on it? Does anyone know?
I have a laptop but sometimes that’s a bit much to carry back and forth to work where as this would fit in my work bag.

By default the Surface Go runs Windows in "S Mode", which restricts you to using apps from the Microsoft Store. However, you are able to switch out of S Mode fairly easily (although you can't go back):

So I’d have to come out of S mode to be able to download OOTP when it comes out this year? Sorry I’m not real tech savvy. So trying to figure out if I can get the actual version of the game or would I only get the app mode they send out?

I tried a Lenovo 2 in 1 with S mode that was suppose to work with Verizon.
I ugraded from S mode and i still couldn't run steam. I didn't try the non steam version of ootp.
It could have also been the 2 in 1 was crap. Verizon said they could not
activate the device because it wasn't CDMA. Yet the sign and the salesman both cleary said it worked with Verizon.
Best Buy said they were having a lot of problems with it and Lenovo just denies anything is wrong with the device. I was able to return it.

After playing OOTP on my HP laptop i got Black Friday, I've found that OOTP is best on a PC or even a MAC. There are things missing from my version that are not missing from the pc version, although i can not figure out why. None seems to be major but they are annoying.I use a X drive to store the game since my files are huge. I originally got a mac book pro? that i took back because i could not figure out how to load OOTP.

I have a desktop PC and leverage my iPad to remote into my PC. It works pretty well as I use the "Stylus" as my mouse. I use an app called 'Jump Desktop'.

That is correct.

No worries - if you come out of S Mode then you're just running regular old Windows and can install whatever you'd like (including OOTP). The App version is only for Android and iOS devices, so you wouldn't be able to get that on Windows anyways.
