Relegation League Play

I just set up a new "Relegation" World. Why can MLB not be used as the Promotion League? Or does anyone know how to set the MLB as a promotion league?
Could just be as simple as the MLB License prohibits such fictional scenerios.

It was difficult to get my head around too in the first place lol, definitely something that needs to be built upon by the OOPTD league, especially as the best record team gets promoted not the playoffs winning team.

I'll just make an example here to help explain it, let's say I have a league called the Minor Baseball League and I want every team that ends with the best record in the league to be promoted to the MLB. What I do is make sure the MLB has NO minor leagues, delete them or unaffiliate them. Then enable promotion/relegation on the MLB options and select "relegate to: Minor Baseball League"

then go onto the league that its being relegated to, and do the same but this time, "promote to: Major Baseball League"
